Reflection:

Stillness isn’t silence.
It’s the pause between thoughts — the quiet hum beneath the noise.
To anchor is to arrive, fully.

Not drifting into what was,
not reaching for what might be,
but settling into what is.

Here, in this breath.
Here, in this heartbeat.
Here, where the ordinary turns sacred.

You don’t have to chase presence;
you only have to notice it.

The warmth of the cup in your hands.
The rhythm of breath meeting air.
The feeling of enoughness, already here.
This is the ritual: to return.
Again and again, to now.
