Every Sunday, your new ritual unlocks. You’ll repeat the same yoga flow and meditation throughout the week, allowing your practice to shift from mechanical to mindful. Each week also carries a journal theme with fresh daily reflections, helping you feel grounded and clear as you move into the days ahead.
Boil your water and pour it into your favorite mug. Drop in the tea bag, press play, and let the ritual begin. By the time yoga ends, your caffeine-free tea will be ready to sip as you journal, then close with a short guided meditation

tea instructions
Begin Your Ritual
Bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Drop in your tea bag to begin your ritual. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes while you yoga flow.
Helpful Hint
Our tea bags are designed to stay in your cup throughout the entire ritual — enjoy the evolving flavor as you move, reflect, and unwind.
Optional Enhancements
Add honey or agave to taste. For a deeper, bolder flavor, gently press the tea bag to the bottom of your cup with a spoon to release more of the botanical infusion.

No. Ritual content is released weekly on purpose. We want you to sit with the theme, repeat the yoga and meditation, and let the practice shift from mechanical to mindful with repetition.

Everyone’s pace is different. Some people notice changes in focus or mood after the first week, while others feel it builds slowly over a month. The point is not instant change but steady practices that make you feel more grounded over time.
