Three Seeds of Weekly Repetition

A vertical arrangement of four outer space-related icons: a planet with rings, a satellite, a spaceship, and a comet.

Repetition turns practice from mechanical to mindful.

Slowing down helps you fully take in the experience.

Seven days with one theme creates space to truly reflect.

“saam started as my own nightly reset when wellness apps and endless content felt overwhelming. I struggled to find spaces where wellness felt made for me, so I created my own: a cup of tea, a short flow, a page to reflect, a moment to breathe. Over time, it grew into a ritual worth sharing.”

- Aaron Taylor, Founder

tea instructions

Begin Your Ritual
Bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Drop in your tea bag to begin your ritual. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes while you yoga flow.

Helpful Hint
Our tea bags are designed to stay in your cup throughout the entire ritual — enjoy the evolving flavor as you move, reflect, and unwind.

Optional Enhancements
Add honey or agave to taste. For a deeper, bolder flavor, gently press the tea bag to the bottom of your cup with a spoon to release more of the botanical infusion.
