A reset ritual in 15 minutes: tea, movement, journaling, meditation.

  • Ritual Flow

Each week a new ritual unlocks. You’ll repeat the same yoga flow and meditation for a full week, letting practice shift from mechanical to mindful. Each week also carries a journal theme with a fresh daily reflection.

    How It Works

Boil your water and pour it into your favorite mug. Drop in the tea bag, press play, and let the ritual begin. By the time yoga ends, your caffeine-free tea will be ready to sip as you journal, then close with a short guided meditation.

    Subscription

This pack is a 7-day sample of our 30-day subscription. Preorders open in November, with the first month beginning December 1. The full subscription is $30 a month, with free shipping included.

Three Seeds of Weekly Repetition

A vertical arrangement of four outer space-related icons: a planet with rings, a satellite, a spaceship, and a comet.

Repetition turns practice from mechanical to mindful.

Slowing down helps you fully take in the experience.

Seven days with one theme creates space to truly reflect.

“saam started as my own nightly reset when wellness apps and endless content felt overwhelming. I struggled to find spaces where wellness felt made for me, so I created my own: a cup of tea, a short flow, a page to reflect, a moment to breathe. Over time, it grew into a ritual worth sharing.”

- Aaron Taylor, Founder

tea instructions

Begin Your Ritual
Bring 8 oz of water to a boil. Drop in your tea bag to begin your ritual. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes while you yoga flow.

Helpful Hint
Our tea bags are designed to stay in your cup throughout the entire ritual — enjoy the evolving flavor as you move, reflect, and unwind.

Optional Enhancements
Add honey or agave to taste. For a deeper, bolder flavor, gently press the tea bag to the bottom of your cup with a spoon to release more of the botanical infusion.

faq

  • You’ll receive a new link in your inbox each month when your subscription renews. Click through the email to unlock that week’s yoga, meditation, and journal prompts.

  • It’s okay to miss a day of ritual. Think of it like skipping a song on a playlist. You can jump back in anytime, or double up and do two journal entries in one night.

  • No. Ritual content is released weekly on purpose. We want you to sit with the theme, repeat the yoga and meditation, and let the practice shift from mechanical to mindful with repetition.

  • Everyone’s pace is different. Some people notice changes in focus or mood after the first week, while others feel it builds slowly over a month. The point is not instant change but steady practices that make you feel more grounded over time.
